Mandy has more than 20 years experience in working with children as a passionate teacher, mentor and parent.

Cultivating Kids is a growth industry. It's all about kids, people who live with them and people who work with them. Our passion is inspiring good people and our purpose is growing great kids. 

By sharing our expertise and experiences we provide resources, workshops and personalised coaching for parents, carers and workers with children in our community. We also encourage children to become independent thinkers and to take responsibility for organizing their own days with our "Face Your Day" school planners.  

At Cultivating Kids we provide our workshops to parents and carers in Geelong, Ballarat, the Surf Coast, and Melbourne suburbs close to Brighton and Camberwell.
